Return Window:

You may return your electronic item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and manuals attached.
Items must be free of any damages, defects, or alterations caused by the customer.
For hygiene reasons, headphones and earphones cannot be returned once opened.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process:

Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team via email at sahilktk093@gmail.com or by phone at +923348303407. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Pack Your Return: Securely pack the unopened item(s) in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Include a copy of the RMA slip inside the package.
Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.
Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds:

You will receive a full refund for the product price to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
